Breaking Ground

Hello Northwest Ohio!  As a beer and bourbon lover, I have decided to keep record of the many wonderful (sometimes terrible) beers and bourbons I try.  I will be chronicling my tasting adventures here for the masses small quandary of readers who happen to stumble across this blog.  The plan is to select a particular style of beer and review samplings from several different breweries.  The focus will be primarily small craft and historic European breweries, although larger breweries will get filtered in time to time.  As for the bourbon portion of this blog, I plan to review one new bourbon per quarter.  There will also be smaller posts dealing with new and interesting beers and bourbons as I try them....I also hope to add a blogger or two as we go forward as to not get boring or monotonous.  Enjoy and be safe!
